All room reservations are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once a confirmation email or receipt has been issued. Agra Hospitality reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer. Guests are advised to review the refund and cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account. Misconduct, unlawful activities, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Agra Hospitality shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided. Use of hotel amenities and services is at the guest’s own risk.
By accessing or using our website, guests agree not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities. Any suspicious or abusive activity may lead to restricted access or legal action.
