Welcome to Agra Hospitality. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions with us. By reserving a room or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Reservations

All room reservations are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once a confirmation email or receipt has been issued. Agra Hospitality reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer. Guests are advised to review the refund and cancellation policy at the time of booking.

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (transaction/GST/service charges apply).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in or in case of no-shows will not be refunded.
  • Early Departure: Guests who check out before the reserved date will not be eligible for refunds on unused nights.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account. Misconduct, unlawful activities, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Smoking & Pets

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated smoking areas may be available on the property.
  • Pets are allowed only in pre-approved pet-friendly rooms. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Agra Hospitality shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided. Use of hotel amenities and services is at the guest’s own risk.

7. Website Usage

By accessing or using our website, guests agree not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities. Any suspicious or abusive activity may lead to restricted access or legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Agra Hospitality does not sell or share your information with third parties. Cookies may be used to enhance user experience.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
